“ What an incredible experience. Love the unique pirate theme and decor. Staff are very friendly, professional and attentive. Food was absolutely amazing. I had "The Showstopper". Should have been named the heart stopper . Had to finish my half of my wife's chicken burger as well. Both were so delicious. I don't usually waste room on fries but they were perfect seasoned. Cocktails were great. 2-4-1 during happy hoir went down a treat as well. Overall, I highly recommend. ”
“ Visited with my girlfriend and son on our journey home after a week on the Isle of Wight. We liked the look of the place from Google reviews and as soon as we walked in we could tell we had made the right choice. Amazing decor (pirate themed), brilliant music (whoever picks the playlist deserves a pay rise), selection of rums was crazy. I tried two of them before my meal (black magic and bumboo), both really good spiced rums and then the food came up... delicious food, generous portions and great staff who really know how to make you feel welcome. They went above and beyond for our son who is autistic and can be mega fussy with food. Can’t wait to go back!! ”
“ We booked a table for a birthday lunch & cocktails specifically for the Shark Attack sharing cocktail and it did not disappoint! General manager James went above and beyond with his service and made our afternoon good fun . I have to recommend the Shark Cocktail it is fabulous, it’s a must if you visit. “ we always used to have the roast dinners when they were available at the southsea restaurant, the food didnt disappoint. we ordered the sharer board and all the extra bowls available. they did explain how it worked as the wording on the menu was incorrect in places due to the sunday roasts launching today - you get all 3 choices of meat. the board alone could easily serve 3 people (4 at a push), we came home with leftovers as it was just the 2 of us and our little one. the staff were friendly and very attentive as usual and well definately be returning. ”

Attention to detail from the staff was spot on, always asking for drinks orders keeping everyone happy. “ This place is sensational. 2 of us went here to celebrate my friend losing his virginity and we went for the bottomless brunch for 29pp. The bar staff were on point, always on hand to get the next rounds in when our glasses were nearly empty, and top quality pizzas to go along with the drinks came soon after we started. Having noted on the booking this was a special occasion, The wonderful barmaid was kind enough to bring my friend a celebratory shot on the house for his recent achievement. The playlist consisted of rock, nu-metal, and even a sea shanty for when someone ordered a boot of beer. This is our new favourite bar and we’ll definitely be back again soon. 10/10, unbelievable Jeff ”
